Andrew is one of the founding Directors of Nash Bond and has specialist experience dealing with retail, restaurant and bar property since 1990, on behalf of both landlords and retailers. Andrew became RICS qualified in 1992 and covers all aspects of retail and restaurant property consultancy, from rent reviews to investment and agency to asset enhancement.

Andrew is also a Member of the Restaurant Property Advisors Society and specialises in the valuation of restaurant and licensed premises.
