Nash Bond were originally instructed to market three retail stores within the newly developed building in 2014, agreeing new leases with T2, The North Face & Hotel Chocolat. Nash Bond advised GPE plc in 2023 in the upsize of The North Face, taking the adjacent store previously occupied by T2, creating a new 10,000 sq ft.
