Laurie joined Nash Bond in 2015 and was promoted to Director in 2017. He has over 15 years’ experience in retail leasing and providing occupational advice. During his time at Nash Bond he has been involved in the pre-letting of Westfield London Phase II and Coal Drops Yard, Kings Cross.
Current instructions include The Shaftesbury Estate, and Norton Folgate for British Land. Laurie has acted for the retailer TOAST advising on their strategic expansion for over 8 years, whilst also providing acquisitional advice for a diverse selection of occupiers including Thom Sweeney and Wanyoo.
He lives in Farnham, Surrey with his wife and two children.
