John has worked in the Central London & UK market since 2005 and joined Nash Bond as a Director in 2014 coming from Savills Central London retail.
He has a strong Landlord background, working on behalf of prime retail estates in areas such as Soho, Charing Cross, Seven Dials (Covent Garden) & St James’. John’s landlords clients include Shaftesbury, Norges Investment Management, The Crown Estate, Soho Housing Association, & Sutton Estates amongst others. Very active on the tenant representation side of the business having acted for Vivienne Westwood, Leica, and Assouline.
